Returns and Complaints Policy

  1. Returns address
    Returns should be sent to the following address:

  2. Time to return the goods
    The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receiving the order without giving any reason.

To return the goods, please contact our customer service department at the following e-mail address: info@cosmopoland.com to report your intention to return. After receiving the return approval, the goods should be sent back to the above address. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

  1. Return Policy
    For a return to be accepted, the product must be intact, unused, with all original packaging, tags, and any additional items that came with the product (e.g. instructions, accessories). The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is also required (e.g. receipt, invoice, purchase confirmation).

  2. Complaints
    If the product is faulty, please contact us within 24 months of receiving your order. The complaint may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the Customer's decision and the nature of the defect.

  1. Complaint handling time
    The complaint will be considered within 14 working days of its submission. If the matter cannot be resolved within this time, the customer will be informed about the further procedure. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired, replaced or we will refund the money depending on the customer's wishes.

  2. Maximum order fulfillment time
    The order processing time is a maximum of 7 business days from the moment the order is placed, except for situations that require a longer processing time, about which the Customer will be informed.
