In a non-metallic container, mix the appropriate amount of powder with the selected concentration of oxidant until a uniform consistency is achieved. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair, starting with the areas that require the most lightening. Leave on for 20-45 minutes, regularly monitoring the process. After achieving the desired effect, rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water, then wash with shampoo and apply conditioner.
